Welcome to Sade Nouveau. By accessing our digital exhibition, requesting private entry into our registry, or acquiring our physical works, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All visual content, fine art photography, typographic designs, and literary copy displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Sade Nouveau.

• Strict Restriction: Possession of a digital image or acquisition of a physical print does not transfer copyright.

• Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any image or text without explicit, written consent from the atelier.

2. Limited Edition Rarity

To preserve maximum collectible value for our global patrons, works are produced in strictly limited, numbered editions.

• Once an edition sequence is completed and acquired, the archive plate is permanently retired.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any acquisition request at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity and distribution balance of the registry.

3. Acquisitions & Private Advisory

All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice until an official invoice is generated by our desk.

• Given the bespoke, archival nature of museum-grade printing and custom gallery framing, all acquisitions are final and non-refundable.

• Any international custom duties, local taxes, or specialized white-glove courier fees are the sole responsibility of the collector unless explicitly stated otherwise.
